Choosing the right influencers for your collaborations can be tricky, but don’t worry - we’re here to guide you through the process!

🎥 Here's a video tutorial for you to watch that covers the content of this article and provides additional tips and steps to review: Working with influencers

Reviewing Applications

Once the application period ends, head over to the Applications tab in your brief to start evaluating influencer candidates. By clicking on each influencer’s Boksi profile, you’ll have access to detailed insights, including:

  • Past Performance: Review key metrics like Reach, Views, and Engagement. These figures represent the average impact of the influencer's past content, showing how well their posts have resonated with their audience through likes, comments, shares, and saves.

  • Follower Growth: Check for any sudden drops or spikes in follower numbers. Significant changes can signal potential issues or trends worth understanding.

  • Audience Demographics: Analyze age, location, and gender data. Pay particular attention to geographic details. If your campaign targets a specific country, like Finland or Germany, prioritize influencers whose followers are primarily from those regions.

Additional Considerations

CPM & Price Evaluation:
When assessing influencers, you’ll see helpful statistics in the Applications tab, including the Cost Per Mille (CPM), which allows you to evaluate the influencer’s cost-effectiveness. Use the traffic light system as a guide—green indicates a favorable CPM, while orange or red may suggest that the influencer’s price request is high relative to their past performance. If needed, feel free to negotiate fees directly with influencers using the Boksi collaboration chat. Keep in mind that purely product-based compensation is not permitted; influencers are always entitled to monetary payment for their work.

Target Audience:
Make sure the influencer’s audience aligns with the demographic you want to reach. We recommend double-checking their social media profiles, recent posts, and highlights to confirm that their content style and audience engagement match your campaign goals.

By paying attention to these factors, you’ll be well on your way to finding the perfect creators to amplify your brand!
